Higher Watchcombe Farm is the perfect choice for a self-catering holiday in glorious East Devon. Watchcombe is a small hamlet set at the top of the unspoilt Umborne Valley. All of the holiday cottages and grounds enjoy views over an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are two miles from Colyton in East Devon and a further two miles from the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. We are twenty minutes from Lyme Regis, thirty from the Regency town of Sidmouth, and within easy reach of Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks.

Sleeping between two and six guests, we offer five spacious self catering holiday cottages, converted from farm buildings in the 1970s. Our sixth property is a self contained annexe attached to the 16th century Grade II listed farmhouse. For children, we provide an outdoor play area and an indoor games room.

Our holiday cottages have all achieved Visit Britain 4 Stars gradings.
